4LK Healthcare currently operates as a direct-pay medical practice, offering transparent pricing and optional membership benefits. Although we do not currently participate in insurance networks, patients may request a superbill to submit to their insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their individual plan benefits.

Membership paid in advance for the year will be given a 10% courtesy discount. We accept HSA, credit cards, and offer payments plans through a third party.

For less than many streaming subscriptions, 4LK Membership gives your family direct access to physician and nurse guided care designed around convenience, transparency, and MOST important keeping children safe & comfortable at home.

Telemedicine offers convenience, but we combine that same convenience with the hands-on care patients deserve.

For the first 100 children: We're offering $49/month per child:
