Four Lucky Kids (4LK) is a new kind of home-based healthcare service delivering personalized, concierge pediatric care right to your doorstep. We provide comprehensive services including annual check-ups, sports physicals, urgent care, and same-day sick visits, all from the comfort of your home. We communicate all our visits with your primary or referring physician.
For children who need a higher level of care, we also offer advanced in-home medical support such as IV medications, nebulized treatments, IV fluids, and continuous telemetry monitoring.
At 4LK, we believe children heal best where they feel safe, at home, surrounded by family.
Annual Visit

During the annual visit, we will conduct a comprehensive review of the completed online history form and perform an in-home physical examination. The visit will also include a review of vaccination records, height and weight measurements with a growth and development assessment, nutritional evaluation, medication review with necessary refills, evaluation of developmental milestones, and behavioral assessments as needed. Additionally, laboratory and subspecialty referrals will be provided when appropriate, along with completion of school forms and issuance of prescriptions.
Telemedicine/Virtual

Once the online history form is completed by the parent or guardian, they will receive an invitation for a virtual visit. During this visit, the provider will review the patient’s medical history and may request a video assessment of the patient before offering recommendations or addressing questions. To ensure the highest level of safety and quality of care, the physician or nurse may determine that an in-person visit is necessary. Recommendations and prescriptions, if appropriate, will be provided exclusively to members. (Please note: narcotic pain medications will not be prescribed through telemedicine or virtual visits.)
Sports Physical

During a sports physical appointment, a physician will review the completed online medical history form, conduct an in-person physical examination, and perform and interpret an EKG. Once the athlete is cleared, our team will complete and provide all required sports clearance documentation.
Home telemetry

Home telemetry involves connecting your child to a portable device that continuously monitors vital signs in real time, such as pulse oximetry and heart rate. This data is securely transmitted to our central monitoring station, where physicians receive automatic alerts if any readings fall outside the personalized parameters established for your child based on their age and medical condition. Our team will promptly notify the parent or guardian should any concerns arise. Please note that this is not video surveillance or live viewing—it is a proactive system designed for early detection of changes in vital signs.
Urgent Care

This level of care surpasses the standard outpatient office visit. It includes a comprehensive medical history review (completed online), an in-person physical examination, and immediate care recommendations. Services may include, but are not limited to: IV placement, blood work, IV medication infusions, IV fluid therapy, diagnostic imaging (X-rays/ultrasounds), EKGs, wound care, and more.
